Guestrooms/flats wanted:
This can be a vacated child's bedroom, a hobby room, a renovated attic room, an annexe flat, an investment property or even a 4-room flat or house.
The property should be clean, well looked-after and attractively furnished. If you have only one room, a shower or bathroom should also be available for shared use. If you wish, you can prepare breakfast for a small charge or allow your guest to use your kitchen.
Your contribution:
You furnish the room attractively and ensure that bathroom and kitchen are kept clean.
And if you can provide fresh bed linen and towels, so much the better!
Your future guests might stay for anything between 3-4 nights to 6 months. You decide how long you wish to rent out your property and are at liberty to use it yourself whenever you wish.
